All ages are welcome to use this Website and participate in Empower AI Leaders programs. Program fees are those listed on the Website for your specific program. Program fees are inclusive of taxes.
A refund of 100% of the course fees will be available for cancellations up to 21 days prior to the start of the program. A refund of 50% is available up to 7 days prior to the start of the program. No refunds are available thereafter. Please email support@empowerleadersai.com with any questions.
You agree and confirm that you will use the services provided by the Website, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Website. You are accessing the services available on this Website and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Website.

Empower AI Leaders shall also have the right to terminate your right to join the program in its sole discretion. Empower AI Leaders shall also have the right to terminate your right to join the programs if, in its sole discretion, it considers you to be engaged in unacceptable conduct or in the event of your breach of these Terms of Use. All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. Refunds, if granted, are issued solely at the discretion of Empower AI Leaders and are subject to any applicable terms specific to the service or program. Empower AI Leaders reserves the right to refuse refund requests that fall outside of its stated policies.
